Abstract
The retroactivity of legal rules is forbidden; its a consequence of basic principles of the rule of law. In the Czech legislation, however, we can meet two types of retroactivity.
In the first type the date of legal efficiency is the same as the date of legal validity; in practice it is the retroactivity de facto. In the second type is efficiency before validity.
