Abstract

The article focuses on the topic of the ancillary activities of a judge discussed in 2023 in connection with Pavel Simon's candidacy for the office of constitutional judge. The article analyses the way in which the ancillary activities of judges are regulated and offers a direction in which its further development could be directed.
