Abstract
Czechs are a nation of pets. A cat, horse, dog, or exotic parrot can be found in quite a few Czech households.
But what if something is wrong with our pet? What if, despite the assurances of the selling breeder, he is sick, we cannot take him to the show due to an invalid pedigree certificate, or he is not suitable for our desired purpose. All of the outlined topics are addressed in the text below, which discusses the legal status of the breeding animal and the buyer's rights if anything is wrong with the purchased animal.
