Abstrakt
The Virgin Mary died in Warsaw, poachers were cutting grouse bellies, lion's paws were used to sew fancy dress boots, Persia has banned caravans, the full moon lent rabbits fur coats and Žito, the magus, cackled over Prague. The Death of Old Masha, a collection of six allegorical short stories, is an attempt to tell the story of the present as if it had happened long ago and only the torso of myths remained - or, on the contrary, it is an attempt to search for what remains of myths in the present.
