Abstract
The authors describe the case of a 52-year-old man with numerous blue-black maculopapules on the cheeks present for 10 years without progression or symptoms. Histopathological examination revealed an apocrine hidrocystoma.
The article provides an overview of cur- rent knowledge of this disease.
