The fifth annual doctoral private law conference called Civilistické pábení, this year on Family and Child in Civil Law
Abstrakt
A report from the doctoral private law conference called Civilistické pábení on Family and Child which was held on 28th April 2023 at the Faculty of Law, Charles University. The purpose of this traditional conference organized by the Department of Civil Law at the Faculty of Law of Charles University was to bring together doctoral students with specialization in private law, concentrating on issues of civil law with specialization on family law, including civil procedure and intellectual property, commercial law, private international law, European law, non-fiscal financial law, labour law, legal theory, sociology and political science, including the artificial intelligence (AI).
This year's conference was divided into four consecutive sections, with more than 20 contributions. The objectives of the conference were successfully achieved.
