National report on automatisation in judicial decision making in the Czech Republic

Abstrakt

The author in his presentation started by reviewing the current state of Czech legislation in the field of automatisation in judicial decision making, and then focused on the questions: 1) what are the main barriers for introducing the innovation/new technology? and 2) what are the proposed measure to overcame these barriers? Finally, he presented the perspectives of the future development.
