Pilgrims’ Encounters with Alterity: Cultural Heritage of Armenian Traveller from Poland

Abstract

The article deals with the phenomenon of pilgrimage on holy sites as Jerusalem, Constantinople, Loretto, Ancona or Rome on the example (as micro-study) of 17th century travel accounts of Armenian pilgrim and merchant from Lviv.
