Abstract
SEMT is unique in its focus on teaching mathematics to children 5 to 12 years old. The conference provides an opportunity for participants to share ideas and experiences and to learn from and connect with international researchers in elementary school mathematics education in a supportive, stimulating academic environment.
Participants include mathematics elementary teachers, prospective and practicing teachers, and teacher educators and researchers from different regions and continents.
