Recently, thanks to new technologies and virtual reality, 3D images have come to the forefront of interest again. The contribution will be based on workshops, which author lead on this topic with upper and lower secondary school students in last years.
Firstly, we will look at the possibilities of 3D technology in general (in the history and in the present), and introduce the principle of spatial vision for secondary level students. Secondly, we will show how to create 3D photographs and pictures as a stereogram and using the anaglyph method (viewing with red-cyan glasses).
We will present related optical illusions and their principles as well.
