School-age bullying and its resolution in school and out-of-school contexts

Abstract

This chapter focuses on bullying that takes place in child and adolescent peer groups. Research on childhood bullying focuses on the school setting, but its findings can also be applied to child and adolescent bullying outside the school.

Bullying is not only related to interpersonal interaction, but also includes cyberbullying (on social media, via email, etc.).
