Legal aspects of environmentally sustainable construction - possibilities and limits of construction law

Abstract

The publication analyses the legal regulation of construction contained in the construction law, its limits and possibilities of its development with regard to the principle of sustainable development taking into account climate change, i.e. in the perspective of the necessity of adaptation and mitigation measures.
