Abstract
The article reports on a panel discussion entitled "Climate Lawsuits - What's Next", which focused on the legal aspects of climate change, particularly climate litigation. Specifically, the event reacted on the judgement of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic issued in February 2023 in the first Czech climate lawsuit, that was discussed.
