Abstract
The Transylvanian writer Radu Țuculescu places the action of his novels or plays in his native province, where multiculturalism is a significant aspect, which is also reflected in Radu Țuculescu's work. In the communication, the novels Povestirile mamei bătrâne (The Tales of the Old Mother) and Stalin cu sapa-nainte (Stalin with the Shovel) will be approached in particular, starting from Daniela Hodrová's theories about spaces in literature.
