Abstract
The solution is a set for simultaneously detecting up to three protein analytes, which contains one or more types of separation conjugate for each analyte, one type of detection conjugate for each analyte, - each type of separation conjugate contains a primary antibody against the given analyte bound to the surface of the magnetic particle;
- each detection conjugate contains a secondary antibody for binding to a given analyte, while in each type of detection conjugate a conjugation particle is covalently bound to the secondary antibody, to the surface of which multiple detection particles of one type selected from CdTe quantum dots, PbS quantum dots and gold are covalently bound of nanoparticles, with each type of detection conjugate containing different detection particles.
Furthermore, the solution incudes the method of simultaneously determining up to three protein analytes using the mentioned set.
