Abstract
The article focuses on the congenital developmental disease known as cleidocranial dysostosis (dysostosis cleidocranialis) that is characterized by severe skeletal and dental symptomatology. Though relatively rare hereditary disorder of enchondral and desmogenous ossification, the disease should be known to orthodontists and general dentists as the symptoms in the dentition of affected persons are always found.
