Abstract
In a black and white photograph created in the anologous way using gelatine, the combined technique of drawing with silver wire captures the idea of a free-floating landscape on one of the lakes near Čelákovice. It is a response to the local tradition of working with willow twine, which was formerly used here to strengthen the banks or to make baskets (Floating Island, 2023).
In his work, the author combines reality with his imagination of the place. The new object is an ever-changing idea of a moving object on the water surface in a specific location.
