Abstract
During the lecture, its author tried to outline the place of "reality" in the teaching of Czech for foreigners and also focused on clarifying the relationship between "reality" and the socio-cultural competence of foreign language speakers. Furthermore, he focused on the description of two concepts of "reality", namely his structural concept (and classification) of "reality" compared to the pragmatic concept of Kateřina Romaševská and Josip Lah.
