Abstract
Article informs about statute no. 215/2004Sb, about regulation of some realtionships in the area of public assistance and about changes in the Research and Development Statute, which is also significant for remit of penalties by the social security authorities. It provides the necessary information not merely about the concept of public assistance but also about the changes in the procedure of submitting applications for penalty remittal
