Year 2004 in the development of selected topics of the Czech constitutional law - the 1st part

Abstract

The year 2004 was very important in the development of the Czech constitutional law, because the Czech Republic became a member state of the European Union. The maybe most sensitive topic from this point of view is relationship between european law and domestic constitutional law.

But we were also observers of other interesting cases which are summarises and analyses here.
