Abstract

The article focuses on a drawing by the Roman master Luzio Romano, who worked around the middle of the 16th century, and specifically on his design for the decoration of the space above the fireplace in the library of Pope Paul III, which is located in the Castle SAnt'Angelo in Rome. The drawing is from the collections of the National Gallery in Prague.
