Abstract
An endless chain of fixed-term employment relationships, increased insecurity in the stability of employment relationships, inferior remuneration for comparable work compared to other employees in the same workplace, denial of some non-wage benefits or some "benefits" - is it even possible that in the Czech Republic, which will soon be an EU Member State for 20 years, an employee could be characterised by similar features (or at least some of them)?
