Changes in the Legal Regulation of the Limited-liability and Joint-stock Companies Introduced by Another (so called Digital) Amendment

Abstract

The paper analyses the main changes, which were introduced in the legal regulation of capital business companies by Act Nr. 416/2022 coll. as of January 15th or July 1st 2023, mainly as concerns the entry of the object of activity into commercial register and requirements for the exercise of function of a director.
