Abstract
The article deals with the issue of surrogate motherhood, primaniy from the Civil Law point of view. At the same time, it touches Medical Law and Cnminal Law.
It also deals with comparison of foreign amendments. The core lies in the legislative questions de lege lata and de lege ferenda.
