Abstract
The article deals with the issues connected with the Covid-19 pandemic and its repercussions. In particular the text analyses the issues from the perspective of safety risks involve but also takes into consideration the application of the relevant legislation including private law implications.
The author formulates a thesis concerning a possible synergy in the field of public and private law and highlights the importance of the multidisciplinary approach.
