On the beginning and end of the time limit for filing a complaint from the point of view of the Constitutional Court

Abstract

The article deals with the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court on the decision on retrial, on the decision on remand in custody, on the decision on conditional release from imprisonment, on the decision on the conversion of alternative sentences to imprisonment and on the decision to order the execution of an originally conditionally suspended prison sentence, and on the decision on the end of the time limit for filing a complaint.
