Abstract
Review of the reporting book by the Finnish writer Mika Waltari, which was published in a Czech translation under the title Válka o pravdu (War for truth). In the book, the author warns Finland about the fate of the three Baltic countries that were annexed by the Soviet Union.
Today, this text from the 1940s has taken on a frightening relevance in the context of the war in Ukraine.
