Abstract
The article presents the concept of the legal regulation of appeals in the draft of the new Criminal Procedure Code prepared by the Commission for the New Criminal Procedure Code, focuses on the basic foundations of the new regulation and the most significant changes compared to the current version of the Criminal Procedure Code in force in the Czech Republic.
