Specificities of the European Union Recovery Instrument in Response to the Covid Crisis from the EU Law Perspective

Abstract

A variety of measures has been taken to address the consequences of the coronavirus crisis, including at the EU level. These measures often have a specific legal basis consisting of legal rules regulating their operability.

One of these measures taken at the EU level is the fiscal EU Recovery Instrument - Next Generation EU.
