Phraseology workshop: Alternative interpretations of the world in Polish, English and Czech phraseology
Abstract
Participants analysed and compared phrasemes in Polish, English and Czech, looking for commonalities and differences using the frame analysis method. The focus was mainly on phrasemes with the hand component and on exploring the linguistic view of the world fixed in them.
