Mentoring for children and youth: Latest developments, ENCOUNTER study's findings and implications for practice

Abstract

This workshop for professionals and practitioners of youth mentoring interventions 1. introduced the latest advancements in the field, 2. outlined and discussed the results of the H2020-MSCA-ST-IF-2020 project no. 101027291 ENCOUNTER: Experiences of Youth in Natural Mentoring Relationships; and their relevance and implications for formal youth mentoring interventions in their good practice.
