Abstract

The publication deals with contemporary issues of contractualisation of civil litigation in the Czech Republic and provides its detailed analysis, dealing especially with procedural contracts as such, with constitutional dimensions of the topic and it suggests shifting attitudes towards procedural contracts in the Czech Republic.
