Abstrakt
The English textbook Neurosurgery is the basic material for teaching the field at medical faculties for students in the English study program. Together with lectures and practical exercises, they form a summary of information for preparing for the neurosurgery exam.
The up-to-date text with rich graphic documentation will also provide information to young residents in the field, for whom it can be a source of information when studying for certification in neurosurgery. The book is divided into a general and a special part.
In the general part, emphasis was placed on neurological-neurosurgical propaedeutics, especially on the clinical examination of the patient. In a special section, we draw attention to the inclusion of the new classification of CNS tumors from 2021 and to modern trends in the therapy of vascular diseases of the brain
