Transparency of a business corporation vs. protection of trade secrets

Abstract

The lecture was devoted to the legal provisions strengthening the transparency of a business corporation and the ways in which a business corporation can protect its trade secrets. In particular, some contradictory tendencies in domestic case law were pointed out.
