Czech Republic: Apology as a Means of Satisfaction for Non-material Harm under Czech Law

Abstract

The author analysis the system of compensation for non-material harm in the Czech Republic. He introduces the system of compensation for harm, the legal basis of satisfaction of non-material harm and the concurrence of types of satisfaction.

Ultimatively, he analysis the role of apology in the system and the particular conditions for its application.
