Abstract
The presentation is focused on our several-year experience with application of geochemistry, and especially XRF spectrometry, in archaeological context of both rescue and research excavations. The presentation consists of presenting examples of interesting value for archaeologists, and of recommendations for archaeologists how to plan such research in the way to avoid potential problems.
