Abstract
Debate on the book "Europeans & Japanese: A brief treatise on opposites and differences" (Triáda, 2022) with translators + Portuguese Vlasta Dufková and Karel Staňek, who is also the author of a comprehensive accompanying study. Ethnomusicologist Vlastislav Matoušek will provide musical accompaniment for "The Mystery of the Japanese Bamboo Shakuhachi Flute".
In the evening, Karolina Válová will give a short lecture and read examples.
