Abstract
Samples of FeAl and Fe3Al alloyed with Cr annealed at different temperatures were investigated. A revised ALCHEMI technique was employed to study site occupancies. The distribution of elements on individual sublatices was obtained and preferential occupation of Al sites by Cr was confirmed.
