Deposition of amino-rich thin films by RF magnetron sputtering of nylon

Abstract

Amino rich surfaces were prepared by RF magnetron sputtering of nylon target. In this study the main emphasis was given mainly to the evaluation of the deposition rate as well as chemical structure of deposited coatings and their capability to adsorb proteins.
