Scintillation properties of LuAG:Ce single crystalline films grown by LPE method

Abstract

The scintillation and optical properties of LuAG:Ce single crystalline were studied under alpha particle extitation. The films were grown by liquid phase epitaxy from the PbO and BaO fluxes.

Results were compared with those obtained on bulk single crystals.
