Abstract
The TiO2 Fílms were deposited by PECVD with RF excitation with subsequent deposition of silver nanoparticles. Presence of silver clusters resulted in enhancement of the photocatalytic activity, which was up to four times higher than that for pure TiO2 Fílms.
