Abstract
Paper presents a contemporary state of solving a problem of Weather Test Reference Years (WTRY) in the Czech Republic. The paper outlines the methods used to obtain the WTRY.
Using climate observation data for assignment of structure of WTRY from individual month and year is supposed. Problem of area validity of WTRY is analysed and discussed.
