Scintillation properties of Ce3 -doped (Y-Lu) alluminium garnets grown by LPE method in different fluxes

Abstract

We have studied the scintillation properties of Ce3 -doped (Y-Lu) alluminium garnets. Thin monocrystalline films were grown by by liquid phase epitaxy from different fluxes.

The results are compared with those obtained on bulk single crystals.
