The JRGPS project (timetable and GPS) integrates path finding for public transportation and pedestrian navigation. It allows to find (in given area) the fastest path between two given positions.
The positions can be specified using GPS, selection in the map, or selecting some user-defined positions. The recommended path then corresponds to the arrival or departure time, timetables of the public transport and paths between the selected positions and individual public transportation stops. Th client part is written for the WinMobile platform, the data collection and management part runs on PC.
