Testing homogeneity and goodness of fit in survival data

Abstract

The paper deals with the goodness of fit and the two sample problem testing related to the event history type data. The proposed graphical methods are related to the bayesian nonparametric approach and take advantage of MCMC estimation of the hazard rate.

An applicaton of the methods on a vaginal cancer mortality data as added.
