Abstract
We consider relational structures with the property that every homomorphism from a substructure B into the whole structure extends to a homomorphism of the whole structure into itself. We investigate such structures within the class of graphs, partially ordered sets, as well as general relational structures.
A similar problem is studied for monomorphisms in place of homomorphisms.
