Abstract
Deformation of the superconductor crystal lattice caused by Abrikosov vortices is formulated as a response of the elastic crystal lattice to electrostatic forces. It is shown that the lattice compression is linearly proportional to the electrostatic potential known as the Bernoulli potential.
