Evaluation and practical testing of nephelometric titration procedure using a laboratory hazemeter for detection of tannoids in beer
Abstract
The laboratory hazemeter was used in a special procedure of nephelometric titration for the detection of tannoids in beer. Evaluation was made on a series of beer samples and practical tests were made in the customer`s laboratory.
