Abstract
It was performed research, development and realization of the prototype apparatus for the complex analyses of beer and brewing and malting intermediate products by the method of combined dual angle turbidimetry, titrimetry and sedimentography according to Sladky and Dienstbier. The aparatus enables among others complex analyses of beer physical/chemical stability, analyses of wort, congress wort and malt haze particles, brewing yeast production strains sedimentation and flocullation properties, sedimentation analyses of stabilization and filtration materials as well as the control of the technology of input and out brewing water treatment
