Abstract
The highly developed and sophisticated techniques like data mining, semantic web, SOA, or cloud computing have extraordinary effects. The issue is that they do not solve the bottleneck of the application of IT on macro level as the rules of data security are not balanced with the responsibility to provide information.
It can have fatal consequences. Possible ways of the resolving of the problem are discussed.
It is shown that it is mainly the problem of legislative and social and political attitudes.
